Instructions for getting your website on the web

1. Email: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it with your Property Address in the subject line. Make sure you also include MLS#, city, list price, and your contact information. If you want a description on your website make sure this is included in the email or on MLS.

Note: New Client with First Listings are required to send payment to the address below upon sending us the email. Making all checks payable to "Xyfex Media Inc."

Returning Clients wanting to list Additional Properties can send payment within 10 days of sending us an email.

2. Once we receive your email and payment (for New Clients) we will notify you upon completion of your website. This normally takes less than 48 hours.

3. Finally, make sure you leave room on brochures, media prints and handouts to display the listing's website. Many REALTORS even have their website displayed on the "For Sale" sign for maximum exposure.
